Installing a fire protection system correctly is only part of the job.
Before a new sprinkler system, fire pump, alarm system, or suppression system can support occupancy, it must prove that it performs as designed and meet the requirements of the Authority Having Jurisdiction, or AHJ.
Projects that treat acceptance testing as a last-step formality often create avoidable delays. Projects that plan for it from the beginning protect the schedule, reduce rework, and move toward final approval with greater confidence.

It verifies that the completed system performs under the conditions required by applicable standards, including NFPA 13, NFPA 20, NFPA 72, and other project-specific requirements.

The objective is simple: prove that the system does what it was designed to do before the building depends on it.
