Pre-Construction- What We Offer
We can help you develop the specifications for the project to ensure that it meets code and insurance requirements.
We design our projects in-house, so we are able to collaborate with the project managers and ensure materials are available, schedule can be met, and the design is as efficient as possible.
Construction- What We Offer
Each project gets a project manager assigned to it who will make sure that the materials are in on time, sub-contractors are all coordinating efficiently and seamlessly, and the project timeline is on schedule. He or she will be with the facility from beginning to end and act as a point person for all project questions.
Through our design process, we can pre-fabricate many of the elements to the project in our shop, saving time and lessening the traffic at the facility. The Moran Group has in-house sheet metal and pipe fabrication shops, making the process simple. Installation crews pride themselves on being cognizant of facility needs, keeping work areas clean and free of debris. Installations are completed by highly-skilled crews trained in safe installation procedures.
Post-Construction- What We Offer
Once the project has been completed, we provide a comprehensive owner training, so facilities understand how each element works, the inspection requirements, and the systems’ maintenance needs.
The Moran Group can conduct weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, or multi-year maintenance needs, and offer maintenance agreements. In addition, if an inspection has taken place showing that maintenance is needed to bring the system to top shape, we can provide that maintenance need with on the spot scheduling.
