The F.E. Moran Group of Companies Is Committed to Safety
Our commitment to safety is our commitment to culture. It means taking every possible step to educate and protect our employees, partners, and clients from any incident that could prevent them from going home to their families. Safety and risk mitigation initiatives and ongoing training and development programs have always been a part of F. E. Moran and that focus sets us apart in the construction industry.
The F.E. Moran Group of Companies continues to advance and innovate our safety culture. Developing, implementing and monitoring the progress of comprehensive safety programs is critical for bridging the gaps between people, process and technology. Creating transparency with our partners, clients, and leadership around our safety record results keeps the focus on exceeding industry standards and maintaining a competitive advantage.
Our safety team continually optimizes health and safety information. Our yearly toolbox talk programs are customized with seminars to capture hazard safety trends, provide audits from incident investigations, offer any OSHA updates and provide training on specific topics. We define safety excellence and innovation as the ability to repeat great results, gain insight into what leads the results, and uphold the cultural mindset of continuous improvement.
The F.E. Moran Group of Companies firmly believes that all incidents are preventable. Our culture is committed to the goal of zero quality-control incidents by creating awareness, providing training and education, and ensuring all teams understand the importance of our dedication to quality. All quality control issues must be identified, appropriately evaluated and efficiently controlled to prevent Incidents and mitigate risk.
