On March 26, 2019, F.E. Moran Special Hazard Systems learned that they won the 2018 Thomas J Reynolds Award for Construction Safety and Health!

The Association of Union Constructors (TAUC) awards construction companies each year who have achieved outstanding safety records for work site accidents, injuries, and illnesses. Companies who have a DART rate below 1.35 (25% below Bureau of Labor Statistics average) are eligible for the award. At F.E. Moran Special Hazard Systems, they earned a 0.00 DART. Because of this extraordinary safety record, they were given the zero DART award.

The award will be presented May 1 at the Windsor Court Hotel in New Orleans, LA.

This isn’t the first time F.E. Moran Special Hazard Systems has been awarded with the TAUC Construction Safety and Health award. They also won the zero DART award for 2017.

The Association of Union Constructors (TAUC) is dedicated to construction safety. They have a committee dedicated to issues in environment, health, and safety.
