Montreal, Canada -- A massive recycling plant fire ignited this morning at 1:30am. Firefighters are still on the scene, and haven't made a dent in the towering inferno.
Fire crews are seeing major obstacles are they attempt to strike down the blaze. There are no fire hydrants. Crews are bringing water and foam to the site to control the flames.
There are 3,000 non-functioning cars at the recycling plant, and crews are moving them one by one to try and lessen the chances of spread. Firefighters are hoping the fire will burn itself out.
The fire ignited from human error in using machinery.
