Chief Todd Jackson of the Creston Fire Department announced that a 4 inch pipe exploded.  No chemicals were released.  It is believed that the pipe exploded due to the weather.

One employee was taken to a local hospital.  It was later confirmed by the Greater Regional Medical Center that the explosion victim died.
