Construction Worker Killed in Accident Identified | F.E. Moran Special Hazard Systems 

The construction worker who was killed while working on the Bong Bridge has been identified as 18 year old Kelsey Hagenson.

The medical examiner said that he died from "multiple blunt force injuries due to a pedestrian-forklift mishap."  He died an hour after the incident. 

The victim is from Stanley, WI, and recently graduated from Stanley-Boyd High School.  According to family and friends, he enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, fishing, and four-wheeling.

Another worker was also injured in the accident, which happened Monday at 7am.  He was injured, but is expected to be okay.  Neither of the men were operating the forklift.   

The Duluth Police Department, Minnesota State Patrol, and OSHA are involved in the investigation.
