Worker Electrocuted in Construction Site Accident | The Moran Group

Clinton, OK -- A construction worker was electrocuted at a construction site Wednesday (10.21.15) morning.

Oklahoma Highway Patrol officials announced that a construction worker was standing near a dump truck that was unloading asphalt into a machine when the truck hit some overhead power lines and conducted the electricity.  The construction worker that was standing on the rear of the paving machine was electrocuted and thrown from the machine.

The worker was transported to the hospital and pronounced dead from electrocution.

The dump truck operator was not hurt.
