Construction Worker Suffers Facial Injury in Accident | F.E. Moran Special Hazard Systems

New York -- A construction accident left one worker with serious facial injuries.

The accident took place in a four-story building.  The victim was on the second floor when he was struck by falling construction materials dropped from the floor above by another worker.

A violation was given for "failure to safeguard" and a partial stop-work order for scaffold usage.

The worker was taken to Mount Sinai St. Luke's Hospital where he was treated.  See the full story here.
