Woman Crushed to Death in Construction Accident

construction safetyEagle Mountain, UT -- A woman died on Monday after a construction accident left her crushed to death.

The woman was crushed by 30 cement forms.  She was standing next to a trailer that was being unloaded.  The stack was lifted and the 2x8 inch, 70 pound forms toppled on top of her.

Witnesses called 9-1-1 and tried to remove the forms from the woman.  She suffered extensive injuries.

LifeFlight responded, but after trying to revive the woman, she was pronounced dead at the scene.
