Houston, TX -- A construction worker was impaled by a saw blade today. He was working on the roof at the Houston Galleria.
Houston firefighters reported that the worker was putting a new facade on the building when a blade shattered and a piece broke off and impaled him in the chest.
Paramedics arrived, secured the victim to a stoke basket, and lifted him from the roof.
The worker went in and out of conscienceness on his way to the hospital. No word yet on his condition.
