Gunman Scales Construction Site | The Moran Group

An armed man in coveralls, scaled a construction site and reached the sixth floor, waving a gun at a hospital across the street.

The armed man fired his gun from the sixth floor.  Police returned fire and killed him.

The armed man robbed a Big 5 Sporting Goods store about 10 miles from the construction site, using a handgun.  He then emerged with a shotgun and shells when he arrived at the construction site 30 minutes after the robbery.

Police responded to calls about a man firing shots.  When they arrived, the gunman pointed the rifle at them.  The police open fired.
