A Singapore construction worker has been dubbed a hero after a video was released showing him saving a 3 year old girl hanging from a ledge by her head.
A passerbyer saw the girl, whose head got stuck in a railing, hanging from a balcony. The passerbyer called for help. Two men tried to get to the girl, but couldn't climb the two story building. A construction worker saw this, and scaled the building, reaching the girl.
Once the girl was freed, he promptly returned back to his construction work.
My question: Where were the parents? Why was a three year old unsupervised and only noticed to have been hanging from a railing by someone passing on the street?
