  • Rooftop Chiller Installation‍
    • Mounted eleven 22,000-pound chillers on the roof — a feat of engineering, logistics, and safety.
    • Coordinated lift plans and critical crane operations with precision, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing construction and nearby infrastructure.
  • Prefabrication and Piping‍
    • Prefabricated 40+ foot spools in our state-of-the-art prefab shop, streamlining on-site installation.
    • Installed new piping from the existing system to eight critical control units (CCUs) and extended it to connect seamlessly with the newly installed chillers.
    • Completed hydrotesting and flushing, ensuring operational readiness and system integrity.
  • Critical Control Units (CCUs)‍
    • Installed eight CCUs with integrated controls to optimize system performance, balancing efficiency and reliability for data-driven operations.
