RALEIGH — A worker was killed when he fell from a scaffold at an apartment complex under construction in North Raleigh late Thursday morning.
The man fell from a five-story scaffold, according to Neal O’Briant, spokesman for the state Department of Labor.
Investigators have not yet made public the name of the worker or the company that he worked for, O’Briant said.
The incident occurred at 11:08 a.m. in the 5700 block of Goodstone Drive, near Spring Forest and Louisburg roads, O’Briant said.
