January 2010 - In the continued effort to make a difference in the lives of those in need in our community, FE Moran Alarm donated a security system to be added to Cameron’s new house in Mahomet. He received keys to his new home on January 23, 2010. His new housewill allow him to move more freely and become more independent. FE Moran Alarm is proud to have to the opportunity to help the Soldiers and the Homes For Troops organization.
A1 Alarm & F.E. Moran UniteA1 Alarm and FE Moran Alarm & Monitoring Services, both based in Chapaign, IL., have gotten together to "provide businesses and residents with the most comprehensive set of sefurity and life safety solutions available," Diane Ruedi, president of A1 Alarm Service said. A1 Alarm, acquired recently by FE Moran, has provided residential and commercial burglar and fire alarm systems, as well as its own central station services, for more than 40 years.
Cell Phones for SoldiersApril 2008 - This Month, our Champaign office is donating their old cell phones to this very worthy cause. Cell Phones for Soldiers hopes to turn old cell phones into more than 12 million minutes of pre-paid calling cards to U.S. Troops stationed overseas in 2008. They expect to collect 15,000 cell phones each month.
